We are happy to receive your request for a sacrament certificate.  Please note that sacrament certificates are considered confidential. The process to create a certificate will take approximately 7 working days. We will only hold the requested certificate for two weeks once it is available for pick up. 

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. We are unable to mail or email certificates to a person's home or business address. Certificates created for residence of the Diocese of Austin will need to be picked up from the offices of Saint Mary Cathedral.  
2. You will be notified when the certificate is ready.
