Marriage Preparation Process at Saint Mary Cathedral
To start the process- Complete and Submit Marriage Intake Form
Upon receiving your intake form, the wedding coordinator will email you to begin the process of collecting the required paperwork.- Preparing at Saint Mary Cathedral: Once the paperwork is completed, a wedding packet will be prepared for you and given to one of our priests. They will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment to begin the preparations. After the first meeting, your date and time will be scheduled and the payment will be due.
- Preparing at another parish: Once the required paper work is collected, your wedding date and time will be scheduled and payment will be due.
Looking for an available date Dates and Times
Please DO NOT schedule your venue based on these dates. Your date is not confirmed until the parish wedding coordinator confirms the date/time and your payment in full is received.Wedding Tours:

Now that you have set your date at Saint Mary Cathedral, we know there are a lot of details that you will be working on until your special day.
We invite you to join us for a walk-through of your wedding day held on the first Wednesday of every month. This tour does not take the place of your wedding rehearsal. At this time, you are welcome to ask any questions you may have.- Tours will begin promptly at 6pm and will last for approximately 45 minutes.
- Meet in front of the Rectory office (next door to the Cathedral)
- Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. If there are no reservations, the wedding coordinator will leave for the day at 5pm.
