In what ministries have you been involved with in the past?
The ministries I have been involved with include being a catechist, prayer groups, visiting the sick, and in the altar and rosary societies.
What is your favorite thing about volunteering at the Cathedral? What do you get out of it?
My favorite thing about volunteering at the Cathedral is meeting people. I get out of volunteering the pleasure and fulfillment of being able to help people in their time of need.
What has been one of your most rewarding experiences as a Cathedral volunteer?
One of my most rewarding experiences as a Cathedral volunteer is being able to participate in school and church activities with my son, Fidel Estrada IV, and to see him and his classmates mature and graduate this 2008-2009 school year.
Why does volunteering matter?
Volunteering matters because no one person can do it by themselves. There is always a need to help.
What are your other interests?
My other interests are cooking, baking, baseball and football.
What advice would you give to a parishioner new to volunteering?
The advice I would give to a parishioner new to volunteering is -- Welcome to our community! You won't regret it!
